摘要:
Macromolecular complexes are dynamic structures that are continually moving. Understanding how such structures are formed is essential to understand the mechanisms behind fundamental processes in the cell.
At the group of “Dynamics of Molecular Complexes” at the LBPA at the ENS Paris-Saclay France, we have developed and applied a range of techniques to study a number of key complexes involved in cellular processes ranging from DNA transcription and DNA condensation involved in the regulation of gene expression to protein-protein and protein peptide interactions involved in the immune response.
In this talk I will discuss some of the recent developments in biosensors that we have developed with specific emphasis on label free techniques using surface plasmon resonance imagery and nanotechnology.
